WHAT'S THE MISSION?
To be our people growth champion, supporting the People Growth team and wider A&M team to push their boundaries, co-creating expansive and memorable experiences for everyone.
WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?
- You will be the foundation of our People Growth initiatives. The one that pulls it all together and makes the magic happen.
- Reporting in to our People Growth Manager - you will co-create, organise and co-ordinate People Growth Initiatives end to end - from supporting with the needs analysis, to the design, delivery and execution through to follow ups and success analysis.
- You will continuously seek ways to elevate everything we do. Using insights from different sources to refine and elevate people's experiences. Embracing diversity of cultures and learning styles to create blended learning programs.
- You will promote a growth mindset, particularly among entry-level associates, and contribute to building an empowered learning culture.
- You will establish a strong presence & profile in our stores, building relationships with teams, and ensuring consistency in values and experiential retail across all locations.
- You drive consistency across locations through working across different departments and closely with the retail team to build and scale a unified brand experience
- You will collaborate with department experts to create engaging learning content on our Internal learning platform, organise and manage content, and monitor user engagement and relevance.
- You will excel at internal communication and alignment, collecting feedback as necessary
- You will manage all logistics for events including venue selection, travel, scheduling, and material preparation.
- You will commit to optimising social and environmental impact, supporting charity partnerships, and contributing to sustainability efforts in the role.

- You have strong communication skills and feel confident managing multiple channels to effectively reach and engage people.
- You are highly organised and reliable with logistical responsibilities and coordination of people and events.
- Experience in a people team or in a people centred role ideal, but not a deal-breaker.
- You have a hunger for feedback, are naturally curious, and always strive to elevate your work.
