SUSTAINABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY
"I am proud to have created a mission-driven brand centred around our values and our community. As we grow, we also grow our focus on responsible sourcing and manufacturing, working with our supply chain globally to ensure ethical practices are in place.
Our impact doesn't stop here. Our mission extends to backing our community, and the people behind it. A&M makers must carry out certified audits and sign our Ethical Trade Statement, we give back to our charity partners, and create a safe space for our teams to thrive in.
There is of course still room for improvement. We are dedicated to working with our makers to better current practices, whilst continuing to innovate and create limitless career opportunities for our employees.
I'm proud to be sharing our progress and future with you. I am proud to be contributing to a better world for the future generation, including my two beautiful daughters. This is only the beginning. "

EMPOWERING OUR COMMUNITY
Celebrating and championing diversity is a core part of who we are as a brand. Being female founded and female led, the richness and diversity of our team is our biggest strength. Empowering every member of our team to show up as their authentic and best selves is, and always has been, our deepest commitment.

BEING KIND TO OUR PLANET
Growing together as one community is a key value at A&M, and that starts with being kind to the planet we share. Working with our supply chain, we’re proud that 100% of sterling silver and solid gold shipped to us in 2024 was certified recycled, promoting a more circular economy. Every part of our brand has sustainability goals - it truly is at the forefront of what we do.
A GLIMPSE INTO OUR PROJECTS
-
Astrid & Renew
Astrid & Renew is our jewellery recycling scheme, available in all A&M locations. You can return your unwanted jewellery to us, and we’ll reward you with loyalty points to spend on your next order. We take the donated jewellery to a recycling centre in London, where all profits are donated to charity.
-
The Felix Project
We donate all profits from our Astrid & Renew Recycling Scheme to The Felix Project, a food distribution charity based in London. The organisation's vision is a London where no one goes hungry and good food is never wasted.
Since the scheme began we’ve donated over £5000!
-
The Baytree Centre
Our long-term charity partnership with The Baytree Centre is one close to our hearts. From donations to workshops with Team A&M, we’ve been supporting this Brixton-based organisation to to support and uplift women and girls from disadvantaged backgrounds.
