WHAT'S THE MISSION?

An A&M Jeweller will thrive in an energetic and dynamic workshop. They will take pride in their output and break boundaries when executing orders to the highest standard. They will assist the Production Admin Assistant in ensuring the timely production of all orders and trials.

What is the workshop?

The workshop will be a central hub for making our personalisation programmes based in London. Our mission is to optimise the quality, efficiency and development of our personalisation programmes, while serving as a central hub for learning and development in line with the A&M standards of craftsmanship.

WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?

Jewellery Production

• Confidently assemble our Story Chain offering in 9ct Gold
• Ensure all orders are correct through thorough understanding of the Product assembly process and production guidelines
• Ability to thrive and break boundaries working under pressure to meet deadlines
• Adaptable to new program testing and execution as we expand

• Execute all orders to the highest degree by following the A&M set quality standards and assembly guidelines

• Demonstrate a keen eye for detail throughout the production process - identifying and rectifying any issues with quality as they arise
• Continuously push personal growth by learning and developing your skill set under the guidance of the Senior Jeweller and Manager
• Assist the Senior Jeweller and Workshop Manager to ensure our machinery and equipment is maintained and cared for

• Develop relationships with the workshop and wider teams to enable clear and effective communication

• Independently seek guidance from the Senior Jeweller should any roadblocks arise
• Break boundaries and suggest improvements where needed with regards to product assembly and processes

WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE FROM ME?

• A values champion and brand ambassador, our values must resonate deeply with you
• 2 years minimum experience working at the bench
• Experience in working with Sterling Silver, 9ct Gold ,14ct gold and 18ct Gold
• Plating experience is beneficial
• This role is suitable for anyone with welding or jewellery experience
• You radiate positivity & enthusiasm and inspire the people around you
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with teams at all levels
• You're always looking for a better way to do things and are naturally curious in everything you do and every conversation you have
