What's the Mission?

To create campaign photoshoots and content that elevates Astrid & Miyu as a cult brand. You will be delivering engaging visual content that inspires our community and speaks to our brand values.

What does success look like?

• Create engaging and innovative content in our in-house studio working across all brand and product content across – ecommerce shoots, campaign shoots, social content and flat lay/still life.
• Work closely with the Producers to deliver the agreed visual strategy.
• Understanding and proven ability to shoot video content as well as stills.
• Strong lighting and studio set-up knowledge, able to overcome roadblocks and confidently set up for any brief.
• Responsible for retouching assets after each photoshoot and ensuring consistent quality across all creative imagery.
• A passion for being in the studio daily, experimenting and pushing the brand boundaries. You’re not afraid to try new things or ways of working.
• Extremely collaborative and receptive to feedback, you want to be part of a team that supports each other and collaborates to break all boundaries.

What would you like from me?

• 3+ years experience of professional photography, lighting, retouching and videography.
• Confident pulling references and sharing your ideas in group environments.
• Great time management skills, you can handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt easily to changes in direction, deadlines, and project execution.
• You’ll be just as comfortable working toward global campaign shoots as you will grabbing your phone and finding the perfect set up for a piece of reactive content.
• A team player, working cross collaboratively with multiple departments and supporting others. You take direction well and are a cheerleader to your teammates.
• London based, you're able to be in the studio most days of the week when needed.
