🔮The Logistics & Operations Coordinator Mission:

“To support the Logistics & Operations Lead by overseeing and managing day-to-day tasks that drive Astrid & Miyu's omni-channel distribution and fulfilment operations.”

⭐ How you'll drive success:

Optimised Warehouse & Inventory Management:

• Maintain and update inventory databases and SKU records with precision, ensuring smooth order transitions to the warehouse
•  Quickly identify and resolve quality or interface errors, while keeping clear and timely communication between the warehouse, internal teams, and external partners
• Work closely with the Product team and other key departments to ensure that our inventory systems are robust and reliable

• Assist in managing inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics. This includes tracking shipments, coordinating supplier and B2B international shipments, and ensuring documentation (such as commercial invoices) is accurate
• Liaise with Production and Customer Service teams to maintain smooth operations across the supply chain, addressing any issues or queries as they arise

Continuous Process Improvement:

• Use key performance metrics (like on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and shipping costs) to spot trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, and suggest operational improvements
• Help maintain organised local databases (e.g., Google Drive, trackers, dashboards) and assist in creating/updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for clarity and efficiency
• Contribute to a culture of continuous learning by actively seeking and implementing process improvements

1. Life Story & Values - a 30 min video call with our Talent Team for us to get know each other better, asking questions inspired by our three core values
2. Experience Interview - a slightly longer video call for you to meet your manager and discuss your skill-set and experience for the role
3. Final Interview - 1 hour in person task interview to complete and present
