What's the Mission?
To play a pivotal role in shaping and executing an omni-channel growth strategy that aligns with our mission and values, whilst inspiring our teams to optimise customer acquisition, retention & lifetime value.
What does success look like?
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy: Create and implement a growth strategy that leverages our omni-channel capabilities to drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value and that aligns with our mission and objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams: Collaborate with our marketing, brand, retail, customer services, product & merch and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of the growth strategy.
- Optimise customer acquisition: Develop and execute effective customer acquisition campaigns across all channels (e.g., online, offline, social media, email, paid advertising).
- Enhance customer retention and loyalty: Implement strategies to deepen customer relationships and drive repeat purchases.
- Drive revenue growth: Analyse customer data to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Measure and analyse performance: Track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technology: Continuously research and analyse market trends to identify new growth opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.

Team development & leadership: Leading our performance marketing, CRM, ecommerce and customer service teams, you'll inspire, support and develop them with a reverse-leadership approach, and work closely with the divisional leaders to align on priorities.
What would you like from me?
- 10+ years experience ideally having worked in an omni-channel business
- A values champion and brand ambassador, you are the role model for your team and our values must resonate with you personally
- Strong understanding of offline & online retail and marketing, and how brand and performance interact
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams fostered by learning, growth and development
- Your strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to drive results will be essential in achieving our ambitious international growth goals
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a growth mindset, with the capacity to anticipate and respond effectively to changing market dynamics and business needs.
- You're always looking for a better way to do things and are naturally curious in everything you do and every conversation you have
