What's the Mission?

What does success look like?
Commercial
- Manage the day-to-day trading of the A&M website, including the optimisation of on-site merchandising and execution of the go-to-market calendar
- Develop and implement online trading strategies to improve customer experience, drive revenue and profitability, and optimise website performance
- Create tailored trade plans for each market, partnering with Marketing and Merchandising teams to address seasonality and consumer priorities
- Oversee promotional activities and product launches, aligning campaigns with the GTM calendar, customer needs and business goals
- Continuously seek new opportunities to grow and optimise trading strategies, pushing for innovation
- Monitor and analyse sales performance to identify trends, optimise bestsellers, improve search & discovery, and address underperforming products
- Report on ecommerce trade performance, providing actionable insights and identifying opportunities for improvement based on key metrics
- Break boundaries through taking strategic risks and optimise performance through A/B testing (via our merchandising tool)
- Manage, develop and inspire our Ecommerce Associate - leading by example whilst staying true to our core values
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer-centricity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Product, Marketing, Retail and Creative to ensure all trading activities are optimised and aligned
- Collaborate with the Digital Product Manager to enhance the digital customer journey, from discovery to purchase
- Present ideas and analysis to wider teams to align business processes and projects
- With support from our Ecommerce Associate, you will work closely with the Graphics team to manage the site’s look and feel
What would you like from me?
- 4+ years experience in Ecommerce within a fast-paced environment or similar, ideally within the retail sector
- Being our values ambassador and the face of our employer brand, our values must resonate with you personally
- You thrive in creating and building relationships
- You're always looking for a better way to do things and are naturally curious in everything you do and every conversation you have
- A commercial and trade focussed mindset, with a keen attention to detail and an agile approach
- Solid commercial acumen, with a proven record of delivering results
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Experience of working in a scale up environment as well as entering new and emerging markets
- Shopify Plus experience
- Google Analytics proficient
