Location: London, Hybrid (minimum 2 days a week in the office).

The Operations and Logistics Coordinator Mission:
To be the heartbeat of our behind-the-scenes operations, keeping every link in the chain connected and moving as one. To keep our operations running effortlessly, connecting suppliers, warehouses, stores and customers so every product reaches its destination seamlessly. You’ll bring organisation, curiosity and care to every detail, helping the business run smoothly and supporting our teams to deliver an exceptional experience every time.
How you'll drive success:
- Support with Retail Allocations, ensuring the right stock gets to the right stores.
- Supporting with clear communication to the warehouse on store replenishments and stock delivery for new store openings.
- Help manage Retail Shorts, tracking missing or incorrect items and assisting with investigations and resolutions.
- Coordinate web order and retail customs issues, working closely with our Logistics and Customer Experience teams to keep deliveries moving.
- Assist with Wholesale coordination, including preparing delivery documents, supporting internal communication and ensuring our processes are aligned with the stockists compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory data across systems and support weekly Torque Forecasting and internal reporting.
- Log and follow up on Quality Control (QC) issues, ensuring swift resolution with our production team/ suppliers and warehouse teams.
- Keep Asana forms and trackers up to date, ensuring smooth communication across Operations, Merchandising, and Production.

The Interview Process and Candidate Experience

- Life Story & Values - a 30 min video call with our Talent Team for us to get know each other better, asking questions inspired by our three core values
- Experience Interview - a slightly longer video call for you to meet your manager and discuss your skill-set and experience for the role
- Final Interview - 1 hour in person task interview to complete and present
