The Office Assistant & PA Mission:
To create a seamless, inspiring and welcoming office environment that enables our team to thrive, while providing proactive and high impact support to our CEO and People Experience teams. This role is the heartbeat of the Support Office, bringing organisation, warmth and thoughtful coordination to everything we do, and ensuring we truly host from the heart as we grow.
This is the perfect first step into our Support Office and People Experience team, offering hands-on exposure across the business and a unique insight into how it all works behind the scenes.
How you'll drive success:
Create an inspiring and welcoming office environment where teams and visitors feel genuinely hosted from the heart.
Ensure the smooth day to day running of the workspace, anticipating needs before they arise and solving problems quickly and calmly.
Provide proactive, detail driven PA support to our CEO & Founder, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities.
Manage complex calendars, travel and logistics with precision and foresight.
Support the People Experience team with accurate, timely administration across the employee lifecycle.
Coordinate internal moments that build community, from team events to celebrations.
Be a guardian of our office standards, ensuring our space reflects our brand and values as we scale.

The Interview Process and Candidate Experience

Life Story & Values - a 30 min video call with our Talent Team for us to get know each other better, asking questions inspired by our three core values
Experience Interview - a slightly longer video call for you to meet your manager and discuss your skill-set and experience for the role
Final Interview - 1 hour in person task interview to complete and present
